The Global Commons Alliance, partners and members – including Accountability Accelerator, Earth Commission, Earth HQ, and Science Based Targets Network – are joining business, political, local and civil society leaders from all over the world in New York for Climate Week NYC, which takes place 21-28 September 2025.

We are looking forward to all the new connections and partnerships which emerge from  New York as we work together toward a just world, on a safe planet. One that includes everyone, for everyone. Now.

The Nature Hub at Climate Week NYC

Creators Workshop on Climate Communications

Planetary Health Check launch

This time last year the first-of-its-kind scientific tool and report on the health of the Earth’s vital systems, the Planetary Health Check, was launched. Built and hosted by the Global Commons Alliance EarthHQ, Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research and the Planetary Guardians, reports will be published annually in recognition of the importance of timely updates on Earth’s health, and shows how the boundary processes relate to each other as well as with earth-system tipping points.
